Getting Your Own Class Set of PDAs

Because PDAs are not common in elementary settings and funding is being spent on other priorities, you can't wait for PDAs to come to you! We all need to explore grant opportunities to help fund a class set of PDAs for our own classrooms. I've checked out some opportunities and they are listed below. The information came from http://www.k12handhelds.com/grants.php.

Locally in my school district, the Los Alamos Foundation would be an excellent resource for funding opportunities.

Does anyone else know of other opportunities that I could add to my list?

Thanks for the great resources to find funding for PDA's in the classroom. I am wondering though about using them with younger students. I would like to see them using a PDA but it would have to be relevant and not a nightmare of maintenance or management. Sounds intriguing to try!
